Process of progress

Here are some of the things I've worked on so far this year. Pink clutch from Yarnplay book I got from hubby for Christmas. I still need to put in a liner and sew on the buttons, but you get the idea.
The beginnings of Jaywalker socks in Yarntini's Gimlet, go ahead chuckle a little and then start placing your bets, you must know I have a little case of Second Sock Syndrome. But the pattern interest me enough that I may actually finish the second one! I'm not making any promises.
Next is SNB's Kittyville Hat, I 'm almost done but I can't get my i-cord tight enough. Any suggestions? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?.
I'm also working on some cabled gloves, some mittens for S, and I'm going to be purchashing some Malabrigo for a kids hoodie pattern I just purchased by Wendy from Knit and Tonic. I haven't even purchased the yarn and S wants to know when it will be done!

Wow, you're a knittin' machine!

You've probably already done this...but have you gone down needle size(s) for your i-cord? And given it a little tug to shape it?

Good luck on overcoming the SSS on your Jaywalkers. That Yarntini needs to be worn 'coz it's awesome.

I just finished the SNB Kittyville hat for my niece. Photo is on my blog. The way I overcome the SSS is to knit both at the same time, two sets of needles cast on and do ribbing on one, swtich to the other cast on and do ribbing on the second and so on. Just keep them both seperate or you will have a tangled mess

OH. MY. GOD.

I just got my package today and it is BY FAR the best knit exchange package I've ever gotten!!! You are too much!

I was having an utterly rotten, bitterly cold day and your package cheered me immensely! Did you make that clutch?!? It's so beautiful! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Sorry for all the excess punctuation, but I'm just thrilled with it!!

The camera battery is a-chargin' and I will commence further plotzing later in the week!! Thank you again, I love it all, in addition to your fab Jaywalkers...
